Customers must provide their real name, phone number, email address, and other requested information. When providing payment details, customers must warrant that the payment details provided are theirs and are both valid and correct. sylviemarkovina.com is only available to customers who meet our terms of eligibility. Purchases made are for personal use only and must not be resold or used for commercial benefit. Sylvie Markvovina reserves the right to decline multiple quantities to one customer or address. Prices & Payment
All prices are retail prices in Australian Dollars (AUD). Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard or direct transfer through PayPal. Payment will be cleared from your account upon receipt of your order. If using a credit card, the credit card you are using must be yours. All credit card/debit holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of the payment method refuses to authorise the payment, Sylvie Markovina will not be held responsible for any non-delivery. Sylvie Markovina takes every precaution to make our site as secure as possible. SSL is used to encrypt and protect the data you send us over the internet to ensure that your details are safe. We do not hold any payment details on record.
Delivery
Delivery is free to all customers within Australia. Any purchases made within Australia will be delivered by Australia Post within 1–8 working days from the date of purchase. Sylvie Markovina also delivers to Asia-Pacific, USA, UK, and Europe within 5–15 working days from the date of purchase. All delivery dates are without obligation.
Overseas purchases will be charged a flat rate of $50.00 AUD for shipping. Sylvie Markovina will not be held responsible for any additional taxes, duties, import fees, or custom fees incurred by your country. Please check your local customs procedures regarding relevant taxes.
Any changes to your shipping address must be made before your order ships. If a delivery is returned because the address was incomplete or incorrect, because you refused to accept it, or because you didn’t pick it up at the collection point in time, you will be charged for the shipping costs back to us.
Returns & Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your purchase for another jewellery item of equal or greater value, either because you received a faulty item or have changed your mind,
within 5 working days from the date of purchase. You will be sent an email containing instructions on returning it. Once the jewellery is received and has undergone a quality control check, a new piece will be dispatched. Note that customers will be charged a delivery fee for the exchange.
Exchanged or returned goods will not be accepted unless returned to us in pristine, unused condition, and in the original packaging that they were received in. We strongly advise customers to thoroughly check the jewellery and try it on when it is received to ensure satisfaction. Please select carefully as we do not offer refunds.
Warranty
All Sylvie Markovina jewellery is hand-crafted with selected premium materials and the utmost care. It is important that you handle your jewellery delicately. After each use, gently wipe with a soft jewellery cloth and place in a jewellery box. If, through normal use, your jewellery becomes damaged, we will repair it free of charge if it is within one year from the date of purchase. If you would like your jewellery repaired, please
to receive a repair form. You are responsible for organising and paying for shipping both to and from our Sydney workshop.
Note that we cannot be held liable for damage caused to personal property whilst using our jewellery.

We have tried to accurately display the colours of our jewellery on sylviemarkovina.com. Depending on your device, the actual colours you see may not be accurate. Note that our jewellery is made of natural material and as such some corresponding inequalities of material and colour are possible and do not warrant a right to return it.
